Women's and Children's Services

Our full scope of Women’s and Children’s Services provides early multidisciplinary intervention for optimal patient outcomes. Our extensive subspecialty services and patient-centric clinical programs make all the difference – not only for our healthcare partners and clinicians but patients and families as well.

Tailored Strategies for Community-Based Care

Unlike some groups that operate with a hub-and-spoke model, we believe in community-based care and taking a customized approach for each facility. Our suite of solutions — from OB hospitalist medicine and maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) to neonatology and pediatric intensive care — allows us to fully integrate care.

This means facilities can focus on growth strategies while clinicians can focus on their patients.

Unique Solutions, Proven Results

OB Hospitalists

Envision's OB hospitalist program delivers 24/7 in-house physician leadership and staffing to respond to any OB-GYN emergency, delivery or C-section.

We pull from an extensive database of providers in 50 states to provide cross coverage that allows clinicians across specialties to triage and co-manage emergent cases and reduce unnecessary handoffs.

Integrated High-Risk Delivery

Our integrated high-risk delivery model combines OB hospital medicine and neonatology to deliver care continuity to patients and optimized value to our hospital and health system clients. Our MFM and OB hospitalist physicians co-manage high-risk pregnant women, avoiding unnecessary maternal transports and decreasing neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) admissions.

Our neonatologists also provide antenatal consults, completing the continuum of care from pregnancy to birth to NICU stay and discharge.

Engaged Clinicians Means Satisfied Patients

We have more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive women’s and children’s services. Our more than 90 percent provider retention rate is evidence that we excel at making healthcare work smarter for our partners, providers and patients.

Our clinical-operational paired business model supports physician leadership to engage and grow their teams, which improves service delivery and patient experience.

Neonatology Advantages | 1:07

We provide clinicians with opportunities for personal and professional growth, in addition to the operational and clinical support that ensures success at the local level.

Our Expertise in Action

The Neonatal Program at Medical Center of Lewisville, a 200-bed community hospital in Lewisville, Texas, was experiencing difficulty achieving a Level III NICU rating as a result of its lack of staff training, low number of hospital deliveries and average daily census.

After working with Envision to establish quality and risk management protocols and assemble a dedicated NICU team, the facility was designated as a Level III NICU and was able to provide better services and care to its patients.
