Andrew Greenfield, M.D., serves as the president of anesthesia services for Envision Physician Services. He joined the company in 1994 as the chief of anesthesiology at Hollywood Medical Center. In 2006, he was promoted to chief of anesthesiology at Memorial Regional Hospital, where he led a 60-person department providing care at a nationally recognized tertiary care medical center. In 2009, Dr. Greenfield joined the clinical executive team as the vice president of anesthesia services, primarily responsible for operational oversight and business development of the national anesthesia practice. Dr. Greenfield graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and earned his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in anesthesia at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine in 1992.
